Vision
Be the -Center of Excellence- for intelligence support to global transportation and distribution operations.

Mission
Identify and assess threats to global inter-modal operations, and orchestrate production and dissemination of comprehensive transportation intelligence on seaports, airfields, and connecting surface networks.

Intelligence Operational  (TCJ2-O).     Intelligence Operational

Intelligence Plans & Programs  (TCJ2-P).     Devises, develops, and integrates visionary intelligence programs supporting USTRANSCOM and its components. Intelligence planning functions include: coordinating development of intelligence annexes to USTRANSCOM Operations Plans, Operations Orders, and Execution Plans.
