| MISSION | |
| The Resources and Transformation Division is responsible for overall efficiency and effectiveness of the directorate's day-to-day operation and overarching Change Management for the Command. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the directorate's budgets and contracts, and is the Manager's Internal Control (MIC) and GAO Audit focal point. The division provides executive support and oversees daily organizational and administrative functions such as Defense Travel System (DTS), FACCSM, Manpower, Security, Safety, Training, Telephone Control Officer (TCO), and monitoring of Sharepoint sites and Task Management Tool (TMT). The division develops, coordinates and executes the DPO Change Management Plan. This includes management of JDDE competency-based education and Joint Logistician development. The Division also works closely with Public Affairs to promote Commander's priorities by developing DPO communications including Cases for Change, bi-weekly DPO Update, DPO-focused media articles and interviews, etc. Change Management activities also include management of monthly Leader Led Lunches, Senior Leader Walk and Talks, TCDC Blog and additional focused activities to increase commitment to Command priorities. | |

Resources and Administration Branch - (TCJ5/4-RA) The Resources and Administration Branch oversees daily administrative functions and programs for the J5/4 Directorate. They provide executive support to an Air Force O-7, Air Force O-6, and Civilian SES. They Liaison with senior leaders within the directorate and provide Knowledge Operations Management guidance within a joint environment on a daily basis. The branch also tasks and monitors suspenses using the Task Management Tool (TMT) as well as manage programs such as Sharepoint, Defense Travel System (DTS), Security Manager, FACCSM, Government Purchase Card (GPC), Telephone Control Officer (TCO), Evaluations, Awards, Manpower, Safety, Database Management, In-Out Processing, Personnel Accountability and Recall Service (PARS), Budget, Sponsorship Program, and Training Program within the J5/4 Directorate.
