DISTRIBUTION ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURES DIVISION
Mr. Rory Kinney - Division Chief

MISSION
Develops, aligns, maintains, and integrates operational, systems, and technical views for the EA. Facilitates changes in the EA as driven by duplication and gap analysis of capabilities and requirements. Encourages EA Compliance of all IT Systems. Manages Enterprise Architecture waiver process. Manages Corporate Resource Information Source (CRIS) database. Performs configuration management ensuring sequencing of EA development.
DIVISIONS & BRANCHES
Distribution Enterprise Data Branch (TCJ6-AD) TEnterprise Data Branch manages and implements USTRANSCOM data architecture. It is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of USTRANSCOM Master Model and Metadata repository. Distribution Operational Architecture Branch (TCJ6-AO) Establishes and maintains standard profiles for operational activities. Conducts and facilitates workshops to collect and vet data for all functional activities and processes. Performs Configuration Management for all operational view products. Manages external architecture alignments IAW approved architecture reference model. Develops and maintains operational primary threads for various operational views. Supports operational assessments in concert with Portfolio Managers. Directs front-end development providing access to operational architecture views. Provides support to reconciliation workshops linking process capabilities to IT System functions.
