| Programs Division is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing USTRANSCOM-validated Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Systems (C4S) programs and for providing command oversight for DOD and Joint Staff C4S programs. | |

Joint Program Management Office Household Goods Systems (TCJ6-JPMO). The mission of the JPMO HHGS Program is to sustain the current operating legacy system Transportation Operational Personal Property System (TOPS) until DPS is fully implemented. JPMO HHGS will develop and implement the future operating system, Defense Personal Property System (DPS), and will sustain DPS for its lifetime. JPMO HHGS will implement a program to develop continuing improvements and to sustain the automated household goods systems during its life cycle. Distribution Program Engineering (TCJ6-PE). DSPMO Engineering Branch provides integrated Systems, Software, Infrastructure, Security, and Test Engineering services as well as Configuration and Risk Management for the DSPMO Information Technology portfolio.
