Fraser III, commander, U.S. Transportation Command and Dr. Jay Smith, director, U.S. Transportation Command Research Center, welcomed Ambassador Andris Razans, Republic of Latvia, to U.S. Transportation Command and Air Mobility Command on Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Dec. 11, 2012. The ambassador also received an AMC command briefing and a tour of the 618 AOC (TACC) and the Army Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). Building partnership capacity is vital for AMC to continue to answer the call so others my prevail.
